Shyam Shah Medical College (SSMC), established in 1963, is a government medical college in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. It is one of the older and well-recognized medical colleges in the state, named after the freedom fighter Shyam Shah Singh. The college is affiliated with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (MPMSU), Jabalpur and acknowledged by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It offers undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD/MS/Diploma) medical courses and is associated with major teaching hospitals including Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital and Gandhi Memorial Hospital, providing extensive clinical training and healthcare services.
