Shri Akshay Solar Energy is an epc company that works in rooftop solar installation for domestic and commercial sites.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Rewa. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers for Shri Akshay Solar Energy’s products, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Tasks will also include nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall business growth. Additionally, the salesperson will collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications
• Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and build strong customer relationships
• Understanding of solar energy solutions and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with clients
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, sales activities, and follow-ups
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or a related role is an advantage
