Telecaller Executive

Job description

A telecaller in the automobile industry, also known as a customer support executive or telecalling officer, is responsible for generating sales leads and supporting staff with follow-up calls. Their responsibilities include:
• Making calls: Generating sales leads by making cold calls to potential customers
• Supporting staff: Assisting staff with follow-up calls for sales and service activities
• Providing information: Providing detailed information about vehicle features, services, and promotions
• Building relationships: Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
• Resolving complaints: Resolving complaints, providing solutions, and following up with customers
• Reporting: Making reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling
• Collecting data: Engaging with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company’s merchandise or services
• Transferring leads: Transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 – ₹9,000.00 per month
